WE OFFER:
STANDARD INKS & FILMS
Plastisol Ink: This is our most common process of screen printing. These inks will produce a high quality color while maintaining superior detail. Max print area on a standard shirt is 14″ x 14″. Capabilities of up to 4 color prints but also offer a CMYK process. (Photorealistic) (See speciality print for CMYK process)
Discharge Ink: This process is good for light colored graphics applied to dark garments. The finished product is a very soft feel in comparison to other traditional inks. Caused from a chemical reaction that actually removes the garments dye and replaces with desired discharged pigments. Great for a distressed or vintage look. Must be produced on a 100% cotton garment. (NOT ALL finished products discharge the same)
Heat Transfer: The perfect solution for low quantity orders and customizations of names, numbers, simple text, logos, and more! Also offer flocking and other speciality vinyls. (See speciality print for flocking and special vinyls)
CAD Prints: Very similar in comparison to heat transfers, however CAD print gives much greater variety in terms of design & color. Great for cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends, polyester mesh, and other various materials!
SPECIALITY INKS & FILMS
Glitter/Shimmer/Metallic Inks: Speaks for itself. Another great way to enhance your shirt design and separate you from the rest!
